Evolución Digital is a web design and development studio based in Quito, Ecuador, providing remote services to clients anywhere in the world. This policy explains what data we collect through this site, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

This site has no contact forms, user accounts, or purchase checkout — all communication happens through WhatsApp. We collect data in two situations:

• visibilityAutomatic browsing data: our hosting provider (WordPress.com / Jetpack) logs basic visit statistics — pages viewed, browser, and an approximate location based on IP address — for site analytics and security purposes.
• chatData you give us voluntarily: when you message us on WhatsApp to request information or a project quote, we receive your phone number, your name (if you share it), and the content of the conversation.

3. How we use your data

We use contact data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate your project's development. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Aggregated browsing data is used only to understand what content works best and to improve the site.

To operate this site and communicate with you, we rely on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• forumWhatsApp / Meta (messaging to communicate with you).

5. Cookies

This site doesn't use login or shopping-cart cookies. Jetpack (our hosting provider) may use basic technical and statistics cookies to measure visits in aggregate.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep the WhatsApp conversation history for as long as the business relationship lasts, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you need support with your project. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Ecuador's Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (and equivalent regulations if you write to us from another country), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp.
